The Justice Program, which is included in the Department of Law within the body of Bartın University Vocational School, has started to recruit students for the first time in 2019-2020. The need of the globalizing world in the field of law and justice is constantly evolving and changing. For this reason, the need for qualified personnel who can follow the developments in national and international law fields and use the latest technologies is rapidly increasing. Our program was established in order to meet this need and has the knowledge and equipment required by the Ministry of Justice, Banks, Law Offices, Notaries, Insurance Companies and Private sector organizations, which can be adapted to the professional life quickly, It raises qualified intermediate manpower that can perform at a level.

Justice program students receive a 2-year (4 semester) education consisting of 120 ECTS credits at our college. In order for students to graduate from the program, they have to do an internship in 40 educational days in addition to the compulsory and elective courses they take during the education. Internship is a professional practice envisaged for the preparation of the Justice Program students for business life in the public and private sectors. For this reason, students complete their internships in various courts, prosecutors and enforcement offices, legal offices, law firms and follow-up departments in addition to judicial and administrative judicial justice commissions.

With the internship, it is aimed to know the business areas related to the program to be graduated, to strengthen the knowledge created by the courses given in the academic program by applying it in the workplace, to make preparations for the courses to be taken in the following semesters, to introduce the students to the jobs they can do in the workplace environment and related institutions.

Successful students in their lessons also have the opportunity to do double major in some programs under our school. The students who graduate from the justice program are given the title of "Justice Professional" and these professions carry out the necessary procedures in the courts, enforcement offices, enforcement institutions, the transfer of citizens' applications to the courts and the implementation of the decisions taken by the judges. These professions are intermediate staff that are highly needed and highly employed in the state and private sectors. Especially in the justice organization, editorial manager or assistant, executive director, deputy director or officer, branch directorate, administrative affairs manager, directorate in penal and execution institutions, officers, bailiffs, guards, notaries, law offices, companies (such as follow-up offices and insurance companies) ) has wide business opportunities in various public and economic institutions, private economic enterprises, public or private banks. According to the provisions of Article 9, 14 and 15 of the Regulation on Appointment and Transfer of Civil Servants (RG. 10.07.2003 and number 25164); The Justice Commissions are asked to choose among the ones who take the central exam and get enough (70) score, with the priority given to the graduates of the Vocational School of Justice. For this reason, graduates of the Justice Associate Degree Program have the priority in appointing the Ministry of Justice.

Graduates of the program will be able to transfer to the Undergraduate Programs of Law Faculties with the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS). In addition, they can switch to various departments with the Open Education system.
